VideoCast for ChromeCast App Reviews
I upgraded to the pro and paid $4.99 thinking that this will be a good app. Well to my surprise, it didn’t load my mkv. This App should have not been approved by Apple. Please give me a refund.

Eventough it has the option I could not get the subtitles do display. Apart from that the application works great. I paid the five dollars and I have been playing videos of 1 hour without any problems.

Video cast
i can’t get it to do anything, dont you need to setup first?
5$ for nothing...
fail everytime i’m trying to play a movie...
Only plays 5 minutes of video before you have to unlock it by paying an in-app payment. They might as well have just charged for it and saved me the trouble. Also didn’t work on mkv files which was a disappointment. All it really does is throw to a web site and cast through Chrome browser (which you can do anyway, BTW) so there’s absolutely no point in buying this.
I was initially speechless to find out that after buying a chromecast I now have to pay a fee to actually use it with my computer. Fail. AppleTV highly recommended in lieu of this pathetic device.
Doesn’t work with common apple formats
Vidoeos in m4v or mp4 don’t play at all. It simply says that the audio codec is proprietary.
