Stole my $5

So first things first. I attempted to get support from the company that created this app, the link is dead, just says error 404.

I took a look at the other reviews, really wanted to watch a show I had downloaded so I decided to spend the $5 to watch more than 5 minutes of it. BAD IDEA!

I have tried various different video formats, I actually know quite a bit about video formats since I’m a video editor, and I STILL cannot get a picture, all I get is audio. On top of that, I cannot find a way to get them to refund the $5 since I have decided to uninstall. I am new to buying apps through the app store so maybe I am missing something, but at the moment, I’m pretty frustrated!
